Dr. Paul J. Antal, MD

Paul J. Antal, MD grew up in Philadelphia, PA.  He received his undergraduate degree in Music Performance and in Biology from the University of Richmond in Virginia and then attended Thomas Jefferson Medical College  in Philadelphia.  Dr. Antal completed his internship and residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.
He is a board certified family physician and moved to Manistee in 1997 to start his independent Medical Practice.  In addition to in-office care of patients he took care of patients in the Obstetrics and Newborn departments, doing minor surgical procedures at the hospital, and took care of his patients during their hospitalizations.  He is now concentrating on office based medical care but still does home visits as well as nursing home visits.  He has served the local medical community as the Chief of Family Medicine at the local hospital, as a preceptor for medical students and PA’s/NP’s, and currently serves on several medical boards located in Traverse City, MI.
Dr. Antal is married to Leah who is a third grade Teacher at Manistee Area Public Schools and has 4 children that have grown up in the Manistee area.  Taylor, Noah, Heather, and Griffen.  He loves his chocolate labs and cavalier spaniels and enjoys time spent kayaking, fishing, hiking, and 4 wheeling with his Jeep. Any extra time that he has is spent playing and listening to music.   He has been involved in the community as a Boy Scout Leader and as a Soccer Coach for MRA, Travelling Soccer, and High School. He has also been an elected member of the MAPS Board of Education for over 12 years.
He loves all aspects involved in family medicine and taking care of the whole family. His special interests include care of diabetic patients as well as cardiovascular disorders. 

Katie J. Dye, PA-C

Katie Dye, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant who has been caring for patients in family medicine since 2010. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science, with a minor in Chemistry in 2006, and her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in 2010, both from Grand Valley State University. She has training at Helen Devos Children’s Hospital, University of Michigan Interventional Radiology, Spectrum Butterworth internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, dermatology, ob/gyn, and numerous rural family medicine clinics across the state of Michigan. 
Katie provides comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients of all ages, and she is committed to ensuring patients feel heard, respected, and involved in their healthcare decisions. She believes healthcare should feel personal and collaborative, and she takes time to connect with her patients beyond just their medical needs. She is passionate about building meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients and takes pride in caring for individuals and entire families through every stage of life. Her clinical interests include women’s health, pediatrics, in-office procedures, and the management of complex chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, depression, obesity, and so many others.
Outside the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters, and 2 year old beagle, Rosie (who is often in the office with her!). When she is not cheering her girls on at one of their many extra-curricular activites, she enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, and playing the piano. She is passionate about health and wellness and enjoys running, weight lifting, and taking Rosie for walks or runs with her daughters tagging along on their bikes. She also coaches middle school girl’s basketball at Onekama and is active in her church community.

Jacob DeBoni, FNP-C

Jake DeBoni is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, and Orthopedic Surgery. Over the past five years in Manistee, he has focused on orthopedics, developing expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
Jake takes a practical, patient-centered approach to care, emphasizing clear communication and individualized treatment plans. He is committed to helping patients understand their health and take an active role in their care. His orthopedic experience allows him to provide guidance on chronic condition management, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
He values building strong relationships with patients and providing consistent, compassionate care to individuals and families in the community.
